Q: Where is my order? A: You can track your order using the link sent to your email when your order shipped. If you did not receive a tracking number, please check your spam folder. If it’s been more than 5 business days since your order was placed (U.S. domestic) or 10 business days (international), contact us.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? A: Yes, but only within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may have already been sent to our fulfillment center. Contact us immediately via phone for address changes.

Q: How do I start a return? A: Please read our detailed Refund and Return Policy first. Then email us at revettekerwin993@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Do not mail items back without an RA number.

Q: How long does a refund take? A: Once we approve your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via Stripe. The time it takes to appear in your bank account depends on your card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

Q: I’m between sizes. What should I do? A: Each product page on easycompany.store includes a detailed size chart (chest width, body length, sleeve length). Measure your favorite t-shirt and compare. When in doubt, size up—cotton can shrink slightly in the first wash.

Q: Are your shirts pre-shrunk? A: Most of our ring-spun cotton t-shirts are pre-shrunk. However, we recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying low to preserve fit and print quality.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. We do not accept PayPal, checks, or money orders.

Q: Is my credit card information safe? A: Absolutely. We use Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are never stored on our servers. See our Payment Methods page for more details.

Q: I’m getting an error when I try to check out. What do I do? A: First, clear your browser cache and try again using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari). If the issue persists, take a screenshot and email it to revettekerwin993@outlook.com. We will escalate to our web team.

While we are primarily an online business, we welcome serious inquiries and pre-arranged visits by appointment only. Our facility in West Jordan, Utah, serves as our administrative headquarters, design studio, and a small-scale quality assurance lab.
