1. Order Processing Time
Processing time is the period between when you place your order and when we hand it over to the shipping carrier. This is different from shipping time.

Why does processing take 2–5 days?
We use a print‑on‑demand (POD) model. Unlike traditional retailers who keep pre‑printed shirts in a warehouse, we print each shirt after you order it. This allows us to offer a wider variety of designs and sizes without waste, but it requires additional time. We are proud that our 2–5 day average is actually faster than many POD competitors (which often take 5–7 days).

Weekends & Holidays

We cannot ship to certain addresses or locations due to carrier limitations, legal restrictions, or logistical challenges.

Restricted Products for International Shipping

Some carriers may require an adult signature for delivery if the package is left in an unsecured location. We do not require signature by default, but you may request “Signature Required” for an additional fee of $3.99 by emailing us after placing your order.
9. APO / FPO / DPO Military Addresses
We proudly support our military members stationed overseas. We ship to APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses via USPS.

This is one of the most important sections for international customers. Please read carefully.
Who Pays Customs Fees?
You do. As the importer of record, you are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country’s government.
Do You Collect These Fees at Checkout?
No. We only collect the product price and shipping fee. We do not act as your customs broker. Some countries (e.g., United Kingdom for orders under £135) may require us to collect VAT at checkout. If that applies to your order, the VAT line will appear separately at checkout. For most countries, however, fees are collected upon delivery.
How Are Customs Fees Calculated?
Each country has its own rules. Typically:

A: We do not recommend it, and we may cancel orders with freight forwarder addresses due to high rates of fraud and lost packages. If you choose to use a forwarder, you assume all risk.
Q9: Do you ship to Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine?
A: No, due to ongoing conflicts and shipping restrictions. We also do not ship to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, or any country under U.S. sanctions.
Q10: What if I am not home when my package is delivered?
A: For U.S. deliveries, the carrier will leave the package at your door, in your mailbox (if small enough), or with a neighbor. If the area is unsafe, the carrier may leave a notice for pickup at the local post office or UPS/FedEx facility. We cannot guarantee that a signature will be obtained unless you pay for “Signature Required.”
